No more calling around. No more sorting through ad filled search results. No more reading 300 reviews. TaskEsc makes calls, gathers real quotes, and brings back the best options — straight to you.
TaskEsc turns plain English into a provider search, call queue, quote extraction, and ranked recommendation. The user sees the answer; the system handles the messy calling, comparing, and follow-up details.

Type a plain English request — like "I need a plumber for a leaking pipe asap in Nashville." TaskEsc may ask a few quick follow-up questions to make sure it has all the info it needs to return excellent results.
TaskEsc searches for local providers that match your request — filtering by rating, distance, and whether they offer the service you need. No searching, no top 10 websites, no ads, just answers.
An automated voice agent calls up to 5 businesses on your behalf. It identifies itself as automated, then asks about availability, rough pricing, and whether they can help. Calls are kept short — typically under 3 minutes. More info on the 3 levels of results is below.
TaskEsc parses what each business said, ranks the options by availability fit, price, and review quality, and surfaces the top 2–3 for you — with a clear recommendation.
Credits represent dollars — $1 = 1 credit. You buy credits in advance; credits are deducted when a job completes successfully. Every tier searches and calls businesses for you. Quick Results targets 1 verified option and costs 2 credits. Compare Options targets 2 options to compare and costs 3 credits. Call Around & Negotiate targets 3 options with negotiation and costs 4 credits. Buy a one-time credit pack starting at $4, or subscribe monthly and save up to 20%.
When a business confirms availability during the call, TaskEsc shows 2 different “Book It” options in your results. You can click “Book It For Me!” and TaskEsc will call back and confirm for you, or you can select to call back and book it yourself and the job will close.
You are always in control. No appointment is made without your explicit confirmation.
Yes. Businesses receive calls from automated systems all the time — appointment reminders, scheduling services, and similar tools. TaskEsc identifies itself as an automated calling system acting on behalf of a customer.
An automated voice agent makes the call. It is not a human. It is not you. TaskEsc's system places the outbound call, identifies itself as automated, and asks the standard questions about availability and pricing.
Your request details are stored securely and used only to place your calls and rank results. We use Square for credit card processing and do not see or store that data ourselves. Calls are recorded — both an audio recording (stored on our voice provider's secure infrastructure, currently Telnyx) and a PII-scrubbed written transcript. Audio recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 12 months from job completion, and you can request earlier deletion of any recording from the History page. The system discloses the recording at the start of every call. We do not sell your data, ever.
While rare, mistakes can happen. TaskEsc will ask the provider if there is anything you will need in order to fully book the service, and will let you know if you need to call back yourself — like a doctor's office that needs your insurance info first. You are always in control: you can choose to have TaskEsc call back and confirm on your behalf, or call the provider yourself to verify the details before booking.
TaskEsc surfaces "Book It" options when a business confirms availability, but you always confirm before anything is locked in. You select whether you would like TaskEsc to call back and confirm for you, for free, or whether you'd like to do that yourself. You stay in control.
